I'm curious what his history with Stroud is :<
I don't think the "we're even now" line from him was about him eating the wardens.

...If so, that's a strange way to get "even".

I was so wrapped up the one time I had Carver join the templars that I can't even recall what it was like. GW Bethany was disappointing at first, dead Carver is just sad but poignant. Hawke lost her brother, Varric lost his brother (that's what happens when Anders is not present to save the day!)... and they both ganged up on Fenris to convince him not to kill his sister.

Hawke is pretty alone. Being aggressive Hawke is tough work, but for science I must finish. Isabela is gone (that was futile sigh, poor Arishok), Carver/Bethany/Leandra are dead. Sebastian is going to throw a hissy fit and leave... I don't know if Aveline will stick around, she's at 100% rivalry and we had out make-up sex... I mean fist fight. At least Zevran and Nathaniel will show up to help. Not that they're gonna be needed since I think endplay it's gonna me mage Hawke, Merrill, Anders and Fenris. Maybe.

Yeah, can't get that dialogue on my friend playthrough. Not sure if that's because I have friendship with him or because I was publically anti-templar and Cullen's all pissy with me, though.

His paranoia about the Wardens confuses me. Stroud and Nate are both just like "Oh, Anders. Hi," and either don't know/aren't miffed about him wiping out the Wardens/templars in the short story. And they don't seem too worried about him not doing the darkspawn-killing thing either.

Although if you have Bethany (and I assume Carver) recruited into the Wardens, Stroud mentions that he and Anders are even now.

I love that Stroud has Riordan's voice. I would sit back and listen to him ramble about the Wardens in Eamon's estate on every playthrough without skipping lines.

Damn you, warden, where did you disappear to! At least if Alistair is with GW, he's the one that shows up in act 2. But he's not in the deep roads, I guess our DA:O adventures put a damper on any interest in the deep roads, lol.

I know that people think Bethany is bland and boring, but I really love her. She's playful and mischievous (she's the one that comes up with the idea to break into the estate, after all), and as a GW she becomes a real hardass.

If I didn't want to keep him all for my Hawke, I would totally ship Anders/Bethany.

My rogue playthrough used my real import which means the whole Nathaniel thing never happened and it was all Strout and ****.
I was miffed.  MIFFED.  I wanted to find Nathaniel, damn it.
*sigh*
Now I know how to fix it, mayhaps my warrior Hawke will take sis in the deep roads, but I highly doubt it since she's romancing Merrill so it's probably gonna be Merrill and Anders.  Plus I want to see the "going to the circle" business and this may be my only remaining non-mage playthrough.

I didn't know Bethany showed up for that quest as a GW. Is there a video of it somewhere?

Bioware: bring me noogie animations. Or release the toolset so modders can make them.

Anders' rather sudden noticing of Carver's Taint was pretty hilarious. It was like, "no, really?"

In taht final battle? I've only ever heard her mock Carver. It's hard to hear what she's saying unless you have a character really close to her too.

I got that with Fenris.  She grabbed the poor guy and ****ed at me "How does it feel to know I have in my hands the life of the one you love"... I was "oh no, you didn't ****, you will DIE".  And that's when I stopped dicking around with statues and killed her.  (I was prolonging so Zevran would show up, lolz)

Hm, the only thing I got is during the final battle she grabbed Fenris (when I was romancing him) and the caption was like "How does it feel knowing I hold the life of one you love in my hands?" but it glitched so Fenris was floating at her side lol.

EDIT: Lol, ninja'd.
