I noticed. I giggled, too, imagining flames and smoke spurting from the ears of the "OMG THIS GAME IS A TOTAL RUSHED HACKJOB" crowd.

I don't mind it - it's good music. Just a little jarring.

New thought: If BW really wanted to ****** people off, they could roll ME3 and DA3 together and subtitle it ANDERS STILL LOVES YOU... IN SPACE!

God I had a lot of reading to do lol but I am amused by the last few pages about the gayness. I seriously find it funny that people let it get to them. I find it rather amusing But I'm one of those people who laugh when people get pissed off at stupid things which only makes them madder. Gasoline to the fire anyone? *hides her empty cans*

At any rate I'm of the opinion that Anders pansexual I believe is the term. Nothing wrong with it and honestly it's a complement to be hit on imo lol. And some just take things way too seriously when it's just a game.

Especially since, IIRC, it's only 5 rivalry points.  Come on, 5?!  You get +20 friendship with him every time you say "Mages are pretty cool", so it's really not worth getting upset over 5 rivalry points.

Obviously the people complaining about Anders hitting on them just need a sense of humor. I'm pretty sure Anders never hits on super snark Hawke. I can't speak from personal experience since I always hit on Anders BUT I don't recall it ever happening when I watched my husband play.

My best friend of six years is gay, and has this giant slobbering thing that looks like a Mabari.

So this isn't strictly Anders-related per se, but I saw this video in the Varric thread.  It's a model swap with Varric in Anders's romance scene at the esate.

Except instead of reaching out to touch Hawke's cheek, he reaches out and grabs her boob.  It made me LOL FOREVAH!

I really think that the percentage of gay players who found Anders offensive is probably very low. There are just some people who won't be pleased by anything and will wail about it on the internet for attention.
