I came up with that looooong before Anders was announced as a companion and LI, though.  As soon as they said the surname was "Hawke", I said "Well, I simply must name her Kitty Hawke because that will make me giggle."  And I named her dog Wright.  SEEWUTIDIDTHAR!

And once they announced Anders, I gasped and thought "It's meant to be!  He loves kitties... and I've been planning to call her Kitty for months!  IT IS FATE!"
