Bloody Elthina. I really hate my conversations with her. I handed over Alric's papers and she was all "Oh this is the Templar who was brutally murdered a couple of days ago?"
..."no, lady, this is the Templar who was tranquiling mages and then raping them, and WANTED TO DO IT TO ALL THE MAGES IN THEDAS. Sorry if THAT'S the thing that sticks out for me as far as he is concerned. Oh, and I'm totally the one who murdered him. Just so you know."

When they were both in the Ferelden Tower, or in Kirkwall? Or both, in an epic love story that spans decades?

Completely off any topic on this thread, but I noticed your Anders playlist. I was listening to it and looking at the songs( clearly) I just wanted to add, have you heard the song from Within Temptation called "Stand my ground" ? Because that would be another good Anders song. Also I can't help but hear Muse's "Uprising" whenever I see the ending of the game -.- it haunts me so

Completely agree. Kaya won't be sad at all when Anders blows up the Chantry. Alric started her extreme templar hate, and she has a good amount of resentment towards the Chantry for doing nothing to stop their actions. There's only one templar she likes, and that's Thrask - who helps mages escape. (Oh wait, Carver's a templar in Kaya's game... but she doesn't exactly like him.)Sable Rhapsody wrote...

That's the thing that gets me about the Chantry. Sure, the mages in Kirkwall are crazy. Their crazy is a result of desperation and fear. But the templars' crazy is a result of active abuse, prejudice, and neglect, and the Chantry turns a ****ing blind eye to it because Elthina can't get off her moral high horse to do some goddamn good. Sure both sides are crazy, but I'm a lot more forgiving of the mages than the templars.

That was the moment when Kaya decided that all templars need to die, as well. (Never mind the fact that Thrask and her brother are templars. She didn't think that far ahead.) It was so awesome that I could show that in her brief conversation with Justice. When he was raging about the templars, Kaya almost sounded like she was comforting him when she said "we'll kill them all." Maybe it was the fact that I've mostly chosen the diplomatic options for Kaya that made her tone of voice sound like that instead of an agressive threat, but it was perfect.Amondra wrote...
Alric quest, was the quest that really made me hate not so much templar's but the chantry for not doing jack **** about everything going on. Alric is luck we didn't get a in depth cut scene of his death, because I can assure you it wasn't Anders would have had to worry about, but the axe wielding woman behind him >.< Up until that quest I was like eh Therask is a good Templar, clearly things might be all that bad...then that happened and I was like "**** it you all die! And you took my sister!!!"
That and quest and the "All that remains" quests touched me the most, honestly...next to the kiss scene with Anders...I was blushing for hours!
Also I won't into the rant on how I feel about the Grand Cleric *grumbles*

I really do wonder if she did nothing on purpose so that what did happen would happen? She confuses me too much. I can't understand how someone could do nothing at all, even if she gave support to the templars.

Yeah with all that was going on, I don't know who anyone is a position like that can just sit there with their thumb up their ass, I would have been going bat **** crazy trying to figure something out.

I didn't know it was possible to talk with them about it afterwards until I read about it on the forums. Is it possible talk with them later (still in Act II) even though it's been a while since the mission was done? And now I just had a horrible thought, which doesn't apply to Kaya, but would to some Hawkes. Bethany could be in that Circle. If Hawke and Anders didn't do something, she could have one of the victims.Sable Rhapsody wrote...
[The Alrik quest raised my hackles because while he was just one man, no one DID anything about him. And no one condemned what he did. Meredith and the Divine both knew what he was plotting. If you take his letters to Cullen and Elthina, both of them fixate on his murder instead of the fact that he was a lobotomizing, rapist BASTARD within their own ranks. How much damage was he going to do if Hawke and Anders hadn't gutted him like the animal he was? No one else would've stopped him.

WHAT? WHERE?
Sorry, this is one pairing I've been dying to shipI imagine them to be like Greagoir and Irving someday. An old gay couple who like to squabble at each other. That's assuming Cullen gets to keep his head.

Alittle of column A and a whole dash of column B.
I know I tried to give Sebastian and Elthina the benefit of the doubt, but it seemed like everytime they opened their mouths I wanted to close it for them, via blunt force trauma...
Actually maybe I AM the crazy one.
