Hmm... Almost-Anders is downstairs tearing apart my house and making a ton of noise. Well, except it stopped a few minutes ago. He may be trapped under something heavy, or he could be perfectly fine. I'm in a lot of pain and don't like to move if I don't have to. I should probably go check on him... eh...? flip a coin?

"Pretty" Aveline makes me sad. She looks so blah and she no longer has freckles. Who would ever get rid of her freckles? Guyliner Anders really makes me want to cry though. He's so pretty in the game and that mod just makes him look... I don't even know. There are no words for white Izzy.

Also, way late, but Facetome is hilarious.

Oh, and my husband is awesome. He tells me he has a gift for me and then hands me some Twix. I started laughing so hard. I'm so glad he puts up with my madness.

I just got tha conversation yesterday. I don't remember exactly what he says when you show him Alrik's papers. He doesn't quite approve of it, if I recall, but he seems pretty down with the idea of making mages Tranquil. Seems to think it's the nice thing to do. I remember Anders being quite upset about the whole convo.

I wake up and was reading the new pages on the thread when I saw this.  I couldn't stop laughing...my chest hurts now.  But everytime I get that smile from him I giggle like a school girl and melt!  I also like his "I can't unsee this" when you do Seb's quest.

Aryan Isabela??? O.o Did she fall in a vat of bleach? Was it next to the vat of White-Out that Mass Effect 2's Miranda fell in? Thank goodness for the Miranda armor DLC. Miranda's clothing body paint made my face twitch uncontrollably.

Anders facial lines are hot. A grown man's face should have character, not look boyish.

Ditto for Avaline's freckles, they are gorgeous! She is lovely as is. Just ask Donnic. Trufax.

Yeah, I have to say I come down on the side of preferring a non-mage romance with Anders. I mean, I totally understand the appeal of the mage/mage romance too, and I'm not knocking those who enjoy it in any way.

But the non-mage friendship romance is--less selfish? You're supporting his cause because it's right, not just because you're fighting for your own interests. Plus, you get to have him save you from Idunna in the Blooming Rose, which is a nice scene, and you can also have him save Bethany in the Deep Roads. I can see from a roleplay perspective that a Hawke who was previously inclined just to tease might start feeling really serious about him after she saw him stick his neck out to save her sister.

Wow, couldn't disagree more. Romancing Anders has been extremely hard to me and my Hawke, because I don't think he's completely right. He think he is, but that doesn't mean Hawke thinks so too. She may support him and be mad as hell. Saying mage Hawke would be selfish to support Anders isn't true either, because no one can touch Hawke at that point, she's the Champion. However after the Big Bang she would probably think "oh crap, now he's done it, might as well support the mages now".

My warrior Hawke had selfish interests. They were, first, her romance with Anders, and second Bethany in the Gallows. Hell, she'd support the mages just for Beth. She'd kill everyone to protect her sis.
