So i haven't been here in a while. Any news regarding the infamous missing dialogue/scenes? I know of the 2 extra ones fromt he rivalry romance.

Apparently the patch that Bioware is working on atm, has 100 fixes for bugs, here, hopefully it will restore the rivalry dialogue for Anders.

Older siblings have to put up with you lot getting away with ****ing murder. My brother would bring home C's and he'd get praises. I came home wtih a B+ and I'd get guilt.

I had to split my spec, I have youngers sisters and a younger brother. The sisters got the "I swear to you, this seemingly impossible lie I am telling you is absolutely true" treatment, the brother endured "HEY I NEED A TAMPON. FOR MY PERIOD. WHICH I AM HAVING. WITH MY LADYBITS." You'd think with three sisters he'd be immune, but he didn't grow out of being mortified by it until he was 22 or so.

On the friendship path, at least, I'd imagine that Anders cools his heels a bit after the Chantry explosion.  For starters, he's a lot less crazypants in his final conversation with Hawke.  It almost feels like Anders/Justice felt like the Chantry explosion was the culmination of their efforts, and didn't really plan beyond that.  Add the fact that Anders clearly feels guilt for the innocents he killed, and I'd imagine that Justice backs off a bit, at least in the short term.

There may be hope for Anders, but Justice/Vengeance seems screwed up the whole game through.  I'm thinking of the "green leafy" conversation you can have with Anders, where you say maybe it's not too late to undo what he did, disarm the spellbomb, or some such, and Anders agrees.  Then Vengeance suddenly takes over and yells at you.  Anders comes back and doesn't remember what happened.  Says he has lots of memory lapses now.  Maybe if Anders gets better, there won't be so much pent up rage corrupting Justice, and he will heal too?  Maybe if Anders finds some way to help mages that doesn't blow up bystanders but still satisfies Justice?  Lots of great fodder for DA2 epilogue fanfic!

I can almost assure you she will.

I jus got my diploma from a good university and it was like, "oh, nice, go work on your next one". And my brother gets a 9/10 on his online community college course quiz and my mom's like YAY. GOOD JOB. IM SO HAPPY.

So on the topic of siblings, do you think Anders has any?  We've never explicitly heard that he hasn't, after all, and I'm very intrigued after finding out that an Amell Warden had siblings.  I mostly picture him as an only child, but I could see Anders being a younger brother.

But the Vengeance possession happens on the rivalry path, which is why I specified friendship.  I dunno...it's all sort of a wash.  But I think for either path, Anders' horror and guilt at what he's done might put a damper on the anger that fuels Justice/Vengeance's strength.

And I'm currently working on post-game fanfic...though it's horribly depressing.

Thats hard to say if he even knows.. He was shoved into the circle as a kid so no telling if he had siblings before, or if his parents had any after..

I see him as not having any.

I told my sibs I was the best older sibling ever because I set the bar low. Solid B student, so my overachieving little sisters were considered academic goddesses (to be fair, they are both hella smart and not lazy, so they actually deserved it), and my brother, who performed roughly the same as me, did not get half the lectures I did about Needing to Apply Oneself. Everyone should have an older sister as awesome as me!

I doubt it, given how he spends a lot of time with Hawke's family for a large chunk of the game, a passing mention of his own siblings would have fit in nicely. "You know, you really remind me of my sister/brother" kinda thing to Bethany or Carver.
