[Ace Attorney]

Hey everyone, I'm starting a Marian Hawke today. She may romance him. Are they any notable differences in the relationship depending on your class?
Haven't decided if rolling a Mage or Rogue.

If you're a mage he's all about OUR rights.
If you're a rogue he's all about THEIR rights.

Other than that, I haven't seen any differences. Unless you're a mage and you go pro-templar, then I'm pretty sure he's like, "WTF?"

Oh, god... I'd die laughing.  And they'd do their utmost to see how red they could make him turn.  Until he's hardened (hehe), then I'd imagine him attempting to give as good as he got.

Anders and Bethany are just nice to each other and Bethany says that Anders remind her of Malcom Hawke, her father. So I think it's more like she feels Anders as another brotherly figure or something.

So sometime last night someone mentioned Snow Patrol and I was all like "oh yeah, Snow Patrol, I haven't listened to them in forever!" so I loaded them into my playlist and then this morning I took Anders for a walk to get his poop and dragon stuff and Make This Go On Forever came on right around the time Anders went all *lies lies lies * and Hawke went all *hurt hurt hurt <_<* and now I want to murder-suicide so THANKS FOR THAT WHOEVER THAT WAS.

I don't think so, to be honest. I was sorta wanting her and Anders to flirt, but they really don't. They have perfectly cordial conversations about magic and are nice to each other. I think he'd see Bethany as being too young/sheltered for him, and Bethany does seem to view him as a brother type figure.

I did feel like there is a slightly different dynamic between mage/Anders and non-mage/Anders, though I don't think one is better than the other. In my friendship mage playthrough, Anders complimented Hawke for being such a great example of what they're fighting for. For my non-mage, he complimented her for helping the mages even though she didn't have to.

Some people prefer one or the other, but its just personal preference. They are both good.

It could go either way, I think.  I've never played anything but a mage, but I've watched my husband's 2H warrior Hawke's game.  He's the one who convinced me.

OH but! When you check in with Varric, the cut scene with Anders is still there, and the "wtf is Anders doing here?" line makes a lot more sense (or not, I suppose, depending on your perspective).  Still can't get Anders back until the very end, though.

On a side note, I always read Bethany and Anders as more of a "cute kid" thing and maybe a "you have an awesome sister" thing, but not a crush. Then again, I'm in the Anders  Hawke even if when not romanced camp.  But who knows, right?

Aw, it's just a repository for DA fanfic. Mostly shipping and pr0nz, but there's some ordinary stuff in there too. People post prompts; others write anonymous fic (based around the aforementioned).

The k!meme is the bane of my existence. I keep trying to write pure smut, but then my brain goes "Oh! There's a story there! You should explore that instead of what Anders can do with his tongue." so I end up with tens of half-written quasi-smut fics that don't work for the given request and aren't really fit to be seen with eyes.

Yeah, Beth and Anders always just seemed friendly to me. Bethany admires Anders and Anders thinks she's a sweet kid. So, if anything, it seemed more like a brother/sister dynamic between them. But I may be biased by having viewed it in light of my Hawke romancing Anders. So it was kind of, "Aw, he'll fit right in as your brother in law, sis."
