Sure, Seb won't harm the child. But Hawke has lost so much already, I'd be surprised if she wasn't at the end of her teather and somewhat paranoid by now.
Even if he won't harm the kid, he'll still try to take it away from her.
Somehow I don't think Ander's reaction will take much imagining.

I wouldn't even exactly want to play such a family-scenario, even though it would be incredibly interesting roleplaying wise (you know, to play a MOTHER yourself), but you know... maybe in another DA-game, I wouldn't be completely put off or against it if it was mentioned that they had a child sometime after the events in Kirkwall.
Adventuring/running for your lives with a child is hard work, even when you have a bunch of other badasses around to help. Plus, Hawke and Anders' child would be such a target. I just can't imagine him being ok bringing a child into the world as it stands and, by the time things are back to normal, it will be too late or they'll be dead.
