I don't think so.  The only line that they have in common is "There can be no peace."  But Flemeth says it in context of the death of Wesley.  I doubt it means the same thing.

And it's not as though only Anders caused the war.  Things probably would've spiraled out of control without him, one way or another, what with Meredith's crazy and Kirkwall being the Hellmouth.  Flemeth was just reading the signs.

EDIT for top:  I feel like this kiss gets overshadowed by THE KISS, but it's so sweet and tender

 The mouth is... and he STILL SMIRKS. This gives me a happy. Even though I'm not a fan of the "I'll have to lock you up line" I do it anyway just to see him smirk. And call me my Hawke "Sweetheart." Mmmm.

I'm pretty sure Flemeth is talking about her appointment with the Warden - their 2nd meeting.

Just adding my voice to the chorus here, but I think you're right. I tend to take most things Flemeth says as some kind of double meaning or portent of something or other.

I love that scene.  He looks so resigned and sad and adorable.

My Hawke was all like, "PSH.  I'm a big girl.  Whatevs."

My SO likes Anders as far as I can tell. I *think* he liked all the companions. He romanced Izzy.

But he also played a Spirit Healer/Force mage so I don't think he used Ser Pouts-a-lot very much.

I think it mayb be something else.. she is a busy lady.  She is probably warning whatever protagonist we are in DA3
