Lulz. Daytime soaps. Anders in Act III in the first conversation makes me sad. He's all crazy and paranoid that there are templars! Outside! Watching! Now I'm bitter that I can't have the conversation I really want to have, which would go something like this:

Anders: *rants at Merrill (with his eyes half-shut, for some reason) about being seen talking with him*
Merrill:   *walks off*
Hawke: *walks up*
Anders: *rants about templars watching*
Hawke: *dope slaps him*  "A) You can yell at Merrill all you want for blood magic because she's being an idiot, but you can't yell at her about templars because There are no templars outside our house and even if there were C) we're on the second floor, so they would have to be staring through the window and D) you are being crazy paranoid. Here, have this key.
Anders: "I don't understand you. Templars! Watching!"
Hawke:

I'm rivalmancing this time around, and if I don't pick the key option first, he acts just like he did in the friendmance (talks about how nice it's been to have a partner for the last three years). Bugged?

Although the conversation made me sad on the friendmance too. One of the diplomatic options is "I love you," and instead of responding, Anders just rants about mages and templars.

Nice! I love that you can question whether it's Anders protecting Hawke or Hawke protecting Anders. As I see it, if you finish the whole romance with him Hawke does end up drowning them in blood to keep him safe...

(haha, that's why I like to draw naked people! especially in DA, armor is such a pain to draw XP)

Yeah Hawke does, I mean that was the darkest romance I ever played that was by Bioware!. I was thinking of that song Decode by Paramore, What Have You Done by Within Temptation, Heavy in your arms and Not calling you a liar by Florence and the Machine


as much as I love Hawke/Anders I still ship Nate/Anders

Yeah my rival hawkes tend to be like "well duh templars are after her. She's a bloodmage!" 

And he and Anders bicker before my Hawke shuts Anders up by giving him the key. Sexy time happens off screen of course.

I know it was pages ago, but while reading the 50 (!!) pages I missed I don't think it was answered. Yes, you have to chose the lower-right option, you have to take the whole responsibility for what happened.

I would have liked to be able to kiss at least my LI whenever I wanted, or have some more specific dialogues with them unlocking through the story. It might have been interesting...

No script needed anymore. It triggers as a reward for completing Key to Your Heart.

No script needed anymore. It triggers as a reward for completing Key to Your Heart.

Um excuse me as I go download it and go squeeling for a few hours. It makes me think that Hawke and Anders are really a married couple *goes into her own world*

Downloaded the Anders ring twice.

You know what's funny? So far, I haven't seen a single DA2 companion mod that I would be willing to download. I like my Anders the way he is, thanks. And Fenris, Aveline, Varric, and the rest, too. OK, I do use a mod to make Hawke's siblings match his haircolor, but that's it.

Oh, bother. I also use a mod that makes Anders' stubble and eyebrows match his haircolor. Bother. I guess that means I mod the companions, after all. At least it's subtle. Kind of.
