I'm sorry to say that I do not imagine Anders as being bisexual. Try as I may, he was too much of a skirt chaser in Awakenings. Writing him as being bi just for the sake of it was stupid and out of character in my opinion, so now, I can't imagine him as romancing my male Hawke...it ain't gonna happen.

Honestly, I can't think of a response to this beyond "...That doesn't mean he can't find men attractive too, you know". I'm not partial to slash myself, but I have absolutely no trouble seeing Anders as bisexual.
Maybe he was afraid he'd get an arrow through the eye/fist in the gut/vacant, uncomprehending stare if he hit on the male companions.
Maybe Bioware didn't want to ****** off the 'overly defensive straight male' portion of their audience.
Maybe it just never occurred to him to bring it up.

And also maybe quote the line about Anders loving the whole person not just the body. But at the end of the day everyone is entitled to their own opinion I guess, not really worth the headache of arguing.

You know what's funny? So far, I haven't seen a single DA2 companion mod that I would be willing to download. I like my Anders the way he is, thanks. And Fenris, Aveline, Varric, and the rest, too. OK, I do use a mod to make Hawke's siblings match his haircolor, but that's it.

Oh, bother. I also use a mod that makes Anders' stubble and eyebrows match his haircolor. Bother. I guess that means I mod the companions, after all. At least it's subtle. Kind of.

O hay that's my mod. I figured most people didn't like the non-default sibs so I didn't bother changing their hair. I guess I could have made it so it overrides all the presets' sibs though.

I totally agree.  I tried to like Velanna because I understood where she was coming from and she was voiced by one of my FAVOURITE voice actors, but... she was WAY beyond ****.  I liked Morrigan, even though she was a huge wench most of the time.  The only thing I liked about Velanna was her insecurity about her ears and how everyone joked about it.

I don't know how to make it all "click here for fanfic" I do it and it is the super long link of doom.  I thought it would be under advanced and all that but then I got lost in it and wasn't sure what I need to type it in....I fail I know.

That would be cool, if you did it down the line. :x  On my first playthrough, I got hideous!Bethany but a really cool-looking Carver with Cailan hair.  For some reason, that Carver REALLY grew on me and kind of felt like canon Carver.
