Awesome!  Thanks.  These are definitely going to help.  I had the concept art, but those are different than ingame robes.  And I could never get in close enough on my 360 to get a good look at them.

My bf is trying to talk me into doing Isabela.  pfft!  If I'm going to dress up it is going to be as my favorite character and not as the ****tiest.

Hey, just joined the board. Love Anders!

I don't know if this had been brought up but I was wondering if part of the corruption of Justice when he entered Anders was because of the taint? Justice had been in the body of Kristoff, who was a grey warden, but Kristoff was dead at the time so I don't think his tainted blood would have the same effect as Anders tainted blood. It may just be that Anders and Justice believed their merging would be fine and it could have been if Anders was just plain old Anders. But because of the corrupting influence of the darkspawn blood in Anders system everything went seriously, seriously wrong and Justice turned into a Vengence demon, unbeknownst to both Anders and Justice.

Add in Anders repressed anger and frustration, Justice's need to right wrongs that he sees in the world, and the very thin veil in Kirkwall and I'm surprised everything didn't go boom sooner. Actually, Anders pretty much says Hawke is the only thing that is really holding him back for years from doing what he finally does in the end.

Yea but they are always women no matter who they are using their desire power against.  Look at Lady Harimann in DA2.  Or Connor in DAO.  You mean to tell me a near naked purple flaming horned head chick was most appealing to both of them?  I would run screaming. 

I do think it was more for simplicity than anything else tho.  It just would have been nice to see different gendered spirits/demons, thats all.  And I'm in "Gender, Sexuality, and Pop-Culture" so this semester I am picking apart everything.  lol

So last night I was thinking. I in the quest "Prime Suspect." The guy uses blood magic to track down the girl with her blood if the killer got her right? The circle does something similar to track mage's so does that mean they are using some form of blood magic?

Yup. I believe Gaider said something about it potentially being seen as hypocrisy. They kill blodmages but use bloodmagic themselves when they deem necessary

I get the idea that demons are essentially genderless, though their forms may appear to be one or the other.  Pride demons may have deeper voices but they certainly don't seem "male" to me, just twisted.  I think the male voices may just be because it's harder to get a female voice to sound as threatening (though I'm sure there are dozens of examples that prove me wrong).

I would say yes.  It seems to be no different than what he did.  We know they have to do something to the blood in order to use it to track someone, which would be blood magic.

I'm sure they are kept the same so we don't get confused also.  All pride demons look the same, all desire demons look the same, all rage demons look the same so we know who it is we are interacting with.

I also love how women are the only ones it seems who can make more darkspawn thus spread more sin and taint in the world......okay, I'm done!  I'm spliting my time between the forum and my Women's Study homework and I'm going all feminist on DA now.
