Yeah, the shadows move and change when you walk, so it's kind of like Rorshach's mask but in robes. Kinda creepy when you notice that it also affects the hands.

Seriously. Mage robes in Ferelden were all bare arms and chests and (midriffs if you were a lady). I guess furry shoulders were supposed to keep you warm? And then the robes in DA2 are practically quilted. This is an injustice, though I do love the hooded robe and it's pretty much the one I keep Lenox in when I'm not playing around with mods, until creeper arm Trogdor Champion robes at least.

Companion mods are awful... I can understand a high-res versions or fixing bugs etc. but full face plastic surgery, no matter how ugly NPC in question, is just terrible. Somebody designed the NPC's looks and personality and touching that is as heretical as major hacks to the story itself.

I agree and honestly none of the re-do's anyone does are ever that good, they completely destroy the character. It's just simply stupid.

UNF to the real Anders.

I modded my companions in DA:O a little- mostly because there were the odd things that bugged me such as Zev's chin.

But the DA2 companions? I don't want to change anything about them

I kinda like though his Awakening hairstyle (and earring). I would use it now and then for a change, without modding his face.


By the...that is not a "mod"...they aren't fixed or slightly adjusted...they are like different people. It makes no sense. I am not against a bit of modding, change hair color or eyes, something like that, give them white teeth - not Isabela's white skin, that's scary and kills the character. I don't feel it is necessary, I do not think it is a drama to change a bit something while still being recognizable!

I get rediculously attached to my LI's default faces, feels like getting to know every feature of the face and love it is part of loving the character too. If I could just use a mod or change it, it would mean I'm not emotionally invested. Probably just means I'm crazy tho, so to everyone modding their Anders - good job, you are almost definitely NOT crazy
