And I just recently found out about the nudie mod when someone showed me a picture of Cailan, dead, with a raging boner.

This just makes me think that Anders lost his fancy robes in the Deep Roads whilst being distracted with Ser Pounce, then having to walk around only half-clothed.

It's interesting how you can see the beginnings of his current outfit in the old gear, though. The shoulders, obviously, but also the teeny coat, the ragged... underskirt... thing, the belts, the ring buckles, the similar colours.
I think his favourite colour is probably that blue or teal colour, he wears it a lot. Even his Broody McBlackfeathers outfit has some.

Yes, even the design on the collar is the same, with those golden rectangular decorations.

The recruitment poster is genius. Honestly, the would have hordes of people flocking to join the Wardens with that kind of incentive. Naked Alistair and Anders posters would make the entire world want to join, so that might be no good though.

I remember I equipped him with some default looking Circle robes once in Awakening, They had better stats for him, but as soon as I saw them I was all, "Yeah... no. Back into your feathered tevinter robes that Nate keeps making fun of."

They just suited him more. Funny how that worked out.

Truth me told I love that robe style [on males at least] and I love his starter outfit in DAII as well. The blue suits him. :3

It's hard to resist the boots, this is true.
