Okay, here's what happened. I got this game a night or two ago and the scroll wheel had been working flawlessly (till about 2 hours ago). I was at a merchant and wanted to buy some stuff but didn't have the cash, so I enabled the console and gave myself 50 gold everything was fine but I notice that I'm getting low on inventory space and decide to run zz_economizer. Bam!! Scroll wheel no longer works when I go to check out my inventory. Then I try scrolling and nothing happens. There's not a single place in the game (menus and all) the scrolling works, but out of game it works just fine.
Here are the steps I used to try and resolve this, yet failed:
1) Reload prior save file.
2) Exit Game, disable console, load prior save file.
3)Went to keybindings and looked at the settings. they looked fine. Zoom was set to forward scroll, but I try to rebind the key by changing it to the up arrow. When I try to bind it back to forward scroll nothing happens, it's seems like there is no input from the wheel to the game, except I can still use the button click function of the scroll wheel. I reload defualts and still no luck.
4) I delete my most current save and repeat previous steps.
5) Change mouse to MS-intelli Mouse compatible mode from "Advanced wheel mouse mode" (doesn't work)
6) Plug in microsoft optical comfort mouse 1000
Steps I don't want to try:
Uninstalling my main mouse because it's some weird generic brand and I can't find the drivers/software for it online nor the disc it came with and with out that it wont work on any computer I know of.
what else can I try? Anyone else have "runscript zz_economizer" do this? There where no warnings this might happen on the wiki page. Should I note that I was in ostagar next to the quartermaster after completing the joining before the war meeting with the king?
