Just wondering, I havent, Im worried since the game unlocks in less than 3 hours ( well its supose to).

I spoke to CS and they said it should unlock before it tho.

This thread is only for people that bought from the EA store.

Yeah, there tech support is a lot better than people give them credit for, I got my DS2 DA2 code from them fast.

I was wondering this exact same thing and was starting to get a bit worried. It's good to know that we will get it.

I also ordered the Special Edition so I could get the Prince Companion and all the other goodies. Only stuff I have got so far is the stuff you get from registering for different things, playing the demo, and the like. Did get my Black Emporium code also, but nothing else. Getting antsy....hope this isn't a huge CF like DA1 was with the promo codes....

Thanks Rob, for clarifying it all so quickly. I was sitting here worrying about not having codes for DLC myself for my pre-order. Now we know.. even though it'd be nice to be able to download it in advance, ah well.

I've had the bonus content (sig edition) and all my perks working for the past 9 hrs.

You get two game codes, one that just lets you play the game, and a 2nd for the sig addition. Additional codes would be for that FB game, or other retailer perks. As far as I can see, they've all been working for many hours so far, but some people have had issues from what I had read.

Registration was a bit flakey 12 hours ago, but it sorted itself out well. Even went as far as contacting EA support (quite easy to get to, I might add). Pre-order content went in fine, but Signature Edition stuff came in a bit later. Oh, had a bit of trouble registering the game initially as well.

If your add-ons doesn't show immediately, just wait a few and it should be fine. I've yet to see Exiled Prince in my in-game installed content area though.

Oh, I get it: have to download separately. Downloading HIRES texture pack as well. Hopefully it doesn't kill my frames: slow enough in outdoors @ 5760 x 1080 @ 2XAA

 So wait, Im not suppose to get another code, and the preorder stuff will just appear on my account?

I already registered my keycode with my Bioware account, I couldnt get the Sig ed since I only preordered last week.

Are these codes something that is sent in an e-mail? Or delivered to the EADM somehow?

I'm curious about this too.. it's bad enough having to wait till 3:00 (at least it's only another hour) but I'm getting agitated not having my codes for ordering in December...

The game comes out in less than an hour and I havent recieved any codes from EA.

I haven't got anything from them yet. Just the code to unlock the game itself. No Black Emporium code.. nothing!

Are the codes only being e-mailed only from those being purchased off EA Store? If so apparantly my pre-order got messed up, because I don't have any SE codes on my disc copy.

I didn't preorder before Jan 11th, and missed the sig edition cut off... So I bought the game online from a game seller that pre bought tons of sig edition games. They emailed me the codes early morning on the 7th. Then I plugged the main license into the EADM and DLed the game. That just gave be the basic game with basic preorder perks. I then took the sig code and put it in as a promo code.. then tons of goodies showed up... the game didn't seem to want to internally downloadthem. I had to go to BWs site and install them....

So if u bought a sig edition from a STORE... like Gamestop... then either GS has your sig edition code... or someone would email to you I'd think.

Hmm, I didn't get anything else still from my signature edition. I am starting to get slightly upset! The items from the edition are really nice, plus the main thing is the Prince Party member addon...

Once u enter the sig code.. this is what should be on your entitlements page.. many are already in the game... 3 you must download

Why is everyone talking about Gamestop? This is about the EA store not sending codes out!

I have everything I am supposed to have except for the items that go with a Signature Edition. I did a Digital Download of it, and still have the receipts and downloaded stuff on my hdd. I wonder if they emailed me a non Signature Edition code and how to fix this? Time is getting short!!!!

Also can someone link the EA Store page for support or possibly point me to a support phone number?  I have looked all over...
