I added my EA unlock code that they had to reset over the phone today and its only redeeming as a base Dragon Age 2 key, i hope this key they provide full upgrades it to a SE >.>

Also, is there any reason we can't start downloading the elements we need to? As I recall they won't work without the code, so there's no point in not having them. Can anyone recall the link?

I got my codes for the sig and preorder but have not recieved the newsletter codes....the penny arcade belt or the staff...I need the staff...

Thats all I got, No new codes other than the one from the EADM, And all it does is unlock the game and thats it, NO Preorders.. great

Still over 2 and 1/2 hours after unlock. E.A. (EADM) and STILL no second email with the unlock code for the Signature Edition (not the install code.... the Signature Edition Extras for pre-purchase).

Not happy.

If you bought DA2 from EA online, go to EA Store, log in from the bottom of the webpage, click customer service, Under "ORDER DETAILS" click "View recent order history and purchase details"

Click your DA2 order, and it should show up all the key codes you need.:wizard:

I redeemed the code and downloaded the installer.  But when I run it it says it require Dragon age 2 to be installed first and of course I have installed already.  Any suggestion?  The same thing happened when I run the high-res patch installer.

Odd. This is what my page looks like, the codes shows up under the "Unlock Code"

 On mine it looks like this, as ya can see I only got the game itself, despite it obviously stating it's the SE edition.
(don't mind the danish on the site xD But yes it is the EA store)

Online it just shows that I bought DAII:BSE but nothing else.

Nah... it has only be 17.5 hours, 4 different threads, 1 hour with E.A. Live Chat, 2 support tickets with E.A. and no response from BioWare.

Maybe I am wrong and impatient with this issue but it is kind of like having Super Bowl tickets but not getting into the stadium until 3 days after the game because the doors were locked.

Wow, I hate how petty I've become over this issue.

I am so sad. Still nothing has been done.

To me it is simple; send the promised second email to the people who bought from E.A./EADM. Why is this so difficult for them to fix?

Thank you for your reply. I spent quite some time chatting with them. They could only give me a few items on their end though. I did get Sebastion.

One of the biggest things I couldn't get from them (seems to be an lack of knowledge) was the Black Emporium (a very big deal to me) and the Soundtrack.

They did escalate the issue though I have not heard back from them. This doesn't surprise me as like others, getting a satisfactory resolution in a timely manner has always been more than a challenge.

Oh, just to add, I never did get an explanation as to why myself and others are enduring this situation.

I wasnt as quick on trying it as you guys are, but add another notch, pre-ordered but no pre-order dlc for me...clicking on 'contact EA' in the store only sends me back to the homepage...this is getting annoying...EA, fix this plix!
