Thats all I got, No new codes other than the one from the EADM, And all it does is unlock the game and thats it, NO Preorders.. great

Odd. This is what my page looks like, the codes shows up under the "Unlock Code"

Still haven't gotten anything for the bonus content.
Online it just shows that I bought DAII:BSE but nothing else.

Maybe I am wrong and impatient with this issue but it is kind of like having Super Bowl tickets but not getting into the stadium until 3 days after the game because the doors were locked.
Wow, I hate how petty I've become over this issue.

Joseph did you try contacting EA live chat support?
One of the biggest things I couldn't get from them (seems to be an lack of knowledge) was the Black Emporium (a very big deal to me) and the Soundtrack.
They did escalate the issue though I have not heard back from them. This doesn't surprise me as like others, getting a satisfactory resolution in a timely manner has always been more than a challenge.
