Tried that too heh - it won't work!kinokoray wrote...
same here... anybody know what's going on? even tried changing the time on my comp clock... didn't work either, lol
The only thing I can think of that might unlock it sooner is to route your IP through europe, making it seem you are in GMT or CET time zone - but by the time I've set that up, it's midnight here anyway

Lets punish PC users, do a midnight launch, and everyone get to play it but us until 3am EST.

Also, Europe doesn't unlock for 3 days so that would even delay it longer, haha

Yeah, this is messed up. I'm so glad I bothered to go to a midnight release so I can wait THREE MORE HOURS to play. Meanwhile, the friend I waited with is having no trouble playing on his XBOX 360. What the ****, EA.
This.

Guess what folks, even though it may be 3 AM on the east coast, you're still playing it at the exact same time people on the west coast get to. Incredible! Hard to believe, I know, but the Earth isn't rotating or orbiting the sun any faster for us west coasters than it is for the east coasters.

Amazing how the concept of time zones eludes people.

I grasp the concept of time zones, thank you. What I don't get is why my east coast friends are, AT THIS VERY MOMENT, playing the game on their consoles when it doesn't work on my pc until 3 am.

You're assuming people stay up all night to play it. Now instead tons have to wait until tommorow or later.

A thousand times this. PC users on East Cost have to wait 3 more hours, but console users on East Coast are playing. What the crap is this.

Guess what Sherlock, 12:00 AM is different depending on where you freaking live. If it says it releases/unlocks at midnight, that should be midnight according to YOUR timezone, unless it SPECIFICALLY stated it was only based on PST timezones. So did it say that or are you just a first class troll?

Oh the humanity! You won't be able to play the same demo level tonight!
It could be worse, you know. Have you ever thought about how messed up elections in the US are for people on the West coast? By the time our polls are in prime time, the most populous half of the country are already announcing preliminary results, which can have an effect on voter turn out in the remaining open polling locations.
But oh, hey, let's get all bent out of shape over a damn video game. Incredible.

Why all the love for the consoles and their atari like graphics anyhow?
