I have to admit to an abyssmal feeling of disappointment. After waiting til midnight, rushing home, and trying to install, I get to 20.1% and then installation fails.
Im using a PC disk, no scratches.
My PC is intel quad 3 gig.
8 gigs ram
windows 7 64
SSD hard drive with 40 gig free (I also tried to install on my off drive, a SATA)
my firewall is off, as is my virus protection.
Install Failure

Well, for what it's worth, I took it out, gave it a shine, and tried again after rebooting the PC. It installed this time. I hope you have similar luck.

ditto - Im going to go read my strat guide and download the hi-res pack XD then fall asleep and play it tomorrow. So glad I waited up til midnight to play tomorrow!

I'm going to try that on my husband's computer. It installed fine on my computer with the demo installed, but it won't let me play until 2am...so I have another half hour.
Hopefully I can get his installation to go through in that time.
