I decided to replay Origins/Awakening to get a new final save for my export to DA2.    I have a final Origins save and was going to Awakening.     It is my understanding that if you unintsall Wardens' Keep, that the Awakening glitch that makes the Sentinel Armor and Vigilance Sword appear as the incorrect Warden's Keep items does not occur?

Apparently, you can't uninstall just the expansion, you have delete ALL of the game data (not saves) and reinstall.

I did that and reinstalled everything except Warden's Keep, however got this error:

"Unable to load save game as the required downloable content is not present on the HDD.   Please check your download list and download this content again.   Warden's Keep"

I later learned that you cannot use Awakening saves exported while Warden's Keep is installed.   You have to completely uninstall and reinstall and THEN export to Awakening.

I apparently did this in the wrong sequence, as I read in another thread it you patch Origins to 1.06 before installing the DLC, the DLC (witch hunt) is bugged and never patches.

I am therefore trying to determine the best order to install everything?   I have the original colletor's edition and Awakening on disc.    All the rest is download and takes several hours to download.

So I don't spend hours redoing this all over again and again, here is what I was going to try:

Reinstall Origins from Disc  (do not download 1.06 when prompted)
Install Origins patch 1.05 (from Awakening disc (required to isntall Awakening)
Install Awakening from disc and download 1.05 Awakening patch
Redownload and install all DLC (Witch Hunt especially)  do not install Warden's Keep  (wish this didn't take hours)
Load Origins and patch to 1.06
Export to Awakening

Anyone who has successfully tried this before and had it work, let me know if I have something out of sequence?
