Dissapointed about the Sir Isaac of Clark armor.

We were not given any code, any chance game ownership can be verified by our EA Account email addresses?

Via Email?  Can you link at least the email or the website where you got the email from?

I'm glad to hear some had luck. I was told by a rep on EA Live Chat that I need to talk to Steam regarding any DS2 codes.

I just gone mine added and working. Thanks to Jeffrey B at the ea live chat support. It took about an hour because the first support person I got in chat didn't understand the problem. Make sure they know you are talking about the PC version of Dragon Age 2 and the PC version of Dead Space 2.

Here is he part of my chat log were Jeffrey B found the problem.

Jeffrey B: One moment. Thanks for the verification.
Jeffrey B: I pulled up your Bioware account and do not see the Sir Isaac Armor available on your Registered Game Promotions.
Tron256: That is right.
Jeffrey B: I also do not see the Dead Space 2 entitlement on your account.
Jeffrey B: One moment please.
Jeffrey B: Great. I have registered the code for you. Please log out of the social.bioware.com site and completely close the game down. Then log back into the social.bioware.com site and you should see it under Registered game promotions.
Tron256: Yes I see it now in my registered game content.
Tron256: Thank you.

Thanks for this. Hopefully it works.

Took longer in the queue than to get the problem resolved.

Have the Steam account name and the EA account name you registered Dead Space 2 ready.

Were you all directed to contact Steam? That is what the EA rep tells me.

Perhaps I just am having terrible luck getting the same agent twice who does not seem to understand the issue and just keeps telling me to contact Steam. I went through their process and sent an email requesting my code, but I have a feeling they will tell me to contact EA. Can anyone else verify if they have had to go through this additional step to have this issue solved?

I requeued again at EA Live Chat and got a different agent this time who had it fixed in less than 5 minutes. Thank you Martin @ EA Live Chat. You, sir, rock.

Just don't mention that you got it from Steam. Make sure that you register both games with EA, and even register them with the EA download manager. I didn't mention Steam, and they just gave me the promotion no problem.

I talked to an EA rep using the above linked chat widget and they helped me right out, took about 25 minutes total.  If your armor is not showing up just talk to an EA suppport person.

It took me a few moments, and I've had to provide a screenshot of the Steam client showing Dead Space 2. After that, I've received a code to redeem the armor. I was contacted by an agent named Sunny - thank you very much, Sunny. ^^

I had my DS2 linked to my account, they provided the code in under 5 minutes, so it does work. If you are having trouble with Live chat, submit a Question/Support help ticket on www.ea.com.

Thats what I did in the first place, took them 5 minutes to respond. Guess they have been getting a few of them.

Just talked with Nicole from EA live chat, fixed my problem in five minutes.
Good thing this question was in the forums
