By chance were those of you having issues checking multiple saves before selecting a final one to import?

I did single-click on multiple saves before importing, but my import seems to be working correctly so far.  I'm not very far in though, the only things that have been said are that The Warden killed the Archdemon and survived and that Anders used to have a cat name Sir Pounce-a-lot.  But nothing's been contradictory so far.

Asked in another thread but just checking here. I'm importing the endgame auto save from witch hunt and in that plot summary thing, mine doesn't mention anything from golems or witch hunt. Is this normal or am I missing something?

In my plot summary, it mentioned that The Warden left with Morrigan through the Illuvien.

I never saw a plot summary at CC, but I do know in the references I've heard in game, so far, they've been accurate.

hmm so I'm potentially missing something then. I didn't leave with her, but I would expect it to mention that. I'm not surprised it says nothing about Golems though, don't recall any choices in that

When I try to import, it just tells me that there are no saves in the directory. But not only ARE there, I put the same directory structure into the public and my-username folders just to be safe, and it still did not show up.

I'm pretty sure it won't say anything about Golems in the plot summary you get when you import, so no worries, nothings broken...so far.

Hmm...

On my import, it didn't mention anything from Awakenings.  On the other hand, I overheard a conversation that seemed to indicate Amaranthine was doing quite well, and that matched up with my Awakenings result.

I also didn't get any mention of Golems and Witch Hunt, though I'm not sure if there was anything that I could have changed there, since I didn't romance Morrigan.  On the other hand, it did mention Shale and Cailan's corpse.

I just started "Act 3" (give or take some 20ish hours of gameplay) of DA II - steam version - and so far I have experienced no troubles on plots imported from DA:O, Awakening or events from DA II. I've imported my mid-game save from Awakening, which had the character that completed DA:O, Witch Hunt and the Golem campaigns... never got to finish Awakening, heh... Anyway, everything works fine.

Unfortunately, I am currently in Act Three and while exploring in the Deep Roads and meeting with an old friend from the first Dragon Age, he mentioned the Hero of Ferelden let someone live when my plot summary clearly stated he did not.

36 hours in, very frustrated.

**EDIT** I have the signature edition, not that it should matter.

Hope this gets fixed with the next patch, as i do not really want to start playing knowing that my save can get completly bugged.

Found a possibly related bug, described here.

It seems to have less to do with importing and more to do with how the game states are read by the game itself...

I just started Act 2 (after first deep roads excursion) and so far my references to the first game make sense. Haven't seen any of the cameos, yet, though. So, not sure how that will end up. I am on PC and imported a warden that played through Awakening and all DLC.

The only problem I noticed was that it said Allistar was King, but doesn't say anything about Anora being his queen(I got them to marry). Is that a bug?

So far my gameplay had been exceptional until around act 3 I believe. I first noticed a continuity problem when I came upon Nathaniel Howe. I remember him saying my Warden allowed the Architect to live even though I killed him during Awakening. The other problem I had was with Leliana, I know that in the Exiled Prince DLC there is a quest where you meet Leliana and if you romanced her she says that the Warden was dear to her heart. But with my playthrough she just stated she hadn't seen him for many years.

I have the Signature Edition and finished the game without any import issues.

I haven't played Awakening or any DLC other than Shale.

Yeah, that's what my improt said too, and I also got them to marry.

Another thing, Isabela had a banter with Anders talking about Pearl where she met the warden, but in her story my warden was female!!!! OFC not! Any1 else getting this?

I'm in the middle of act 3 and so far, most of the references are correct.

The incorrect ones are:
- In DAO, we pick who becomes the dwarven king and the other is persecuted. In DA2, we meet the dwarf who didn't make it to the throne and help him in Act 1. But then in Act 2, I get a thank you letter from the wrong dwarf.
- Just like WarlordDM, I met an old friend in the Deep Roads and he told me that my Warden had spared someone, but she didn't.

The correct ones that I can remember:
- References to my Warden's gender
- References to my Warden being Queen with Alistair.
- Umm, there are others, I'm sure, but I can't remember.

For what it's worth, I imported into DA2 a saved game from Witch Hunt, pre-patch. So my copy of DAO (with Shale)/DAA was still v1.04 with the Witch Hunt DLC.
