So I didn't know I had a Bioware account so I created a new one and entered the code to receive the items for pre-ordering the game. Now my game doesn't recognize that I should have the items because it is on a different email address than my account that I entered the code on. Any possible fixes?

Contact customer support. That's the only way to fix it.
