Alright, so I've got a question. Usually, when you download DLC (and specifically in the case of the DAII Signature Edition DLC) you're able to use it with any gamer profile on that Xbox. Fine, good.

Now I notice this doesn't seem to be the case with the extras unlocked via the Bioware Social Network (Fadeshear, Lion of Orlais, Blood Dragon Armor, Sir Isaac's Armor, etc. etc.). You're only able to use the items with the specific profile you have tied to your EA account.

This is a bit of an issue for me, because I only use my online Live account to download DLC. I usually don't actually play on it. So this obviously leaves me out in the cold if I want to use the equipment with my offline gamertag. Worst case scenario, I'll just play my next playthrough on the other profile with the equipment. I'm just saying, this is a really stupid way to handle bonus content. I don't see why the old Xbox Marketplace wasn't good enough for the whole lot of bonus items. So is this about the size of it, or is there some solution here that I'm missing? Because I never had any issues like this with the Cerberus Network in ME2, or the in-game applications of DLC downloading in the first Dragon Age game.

im having a similar issue.... but in my case the email tied to my ea account is an old one and ive tried to make a new one (ea) but now i cant delete the damn thing well short of calling ea support to ream them out for making it sooo difficult... but i digress... it is most annoying and frustrating...
why did they fix something that wasnt broken in the firstplace.... ea has made it 10 times harder then it has to be

They're not an actual download. You just have to sign into Live with the profile that's tied to your EA account. From there, it unlocks whatever items you're entitled to. Check the Extras -> Unlockables options on the main menu to see. My problem is it only works for the profile linked to your EA account, and not any profile on the hard drive, the way it does for regular DLC.
