Need help with Signature edition code

Well do to a mix up, I got the regular edition instead of the signature and redeemed the code on it. Afterward, I went back to gamestop and traded for my signature edition. I put in the code for it and it says it unlocked everything but it;s not showing up. Anything I can do or am I SOL?
