I installed DA2 fine and it seems to want to run fine, but I can't use it because my mouse cursor is inches off of where it should be so I'm only able to highlight a topic by moving the mouse nearly half way across the screen.  For example, when I go to hit "new game" at the screen, to do get that button to light up, I am moving my cursor at the very edge of my screen.  I've tried changing both my aspect ratios and my resolution, but nothing seems to be helping. 

I read in another post that someone was having something kind of like this with their keyboard and they ended up uninstalling DirectX 11 and putting in DirectX 9 instead.  I would like to maybe try this, but how do you get your computer to let you to uninstall the newer verion.  When I try to install 9, it refuses to because I have a newer version on the computer.  Any help here would be greatly appreciated.

Try switching to DX9 in the options screen and restarting the game. Does the issue persist?
