At least I think that's what it is. Had it hooked up to an external at first launch. Don't now. Now, it doesn't work. This probably needs to be addressed by patch. Until then, ideas on fixing it?
Other than "don't do that!"?

Try connecting back to your external video device to see if it still runs. If so ensure that the video setting is set to a supported resolution of your laptop (ie your laptop may not support the resolution that your external device is configured to). Try disconnecting and see if it now runs on your laptop.

I was able to resolve it by the more expedient solution of copying a settings file from the Demo, which did not have this issue.
