I'm having the same problem myself.
I got my copy of DA2 through EA Download Manager.
If I move the install files to my DA2 folder, it gives me an error stating the installer won't start.

Alright, changed my Region settings to English and that seemed to solve the issue.

I had the same problem, but I finally managed to fix it. Unlike the other content, you need to download Exiled Prince and Black Emporium separately. I went to my addons page with all my registered content and clicked on the more info link, at the bottom of the window that pops up was a download icon which then installed them.

Did that, thats how I downloaded mine since it does not appear in the downloadable content section of the game. After downloading it gave me an error message that looks like this : "Please install Dragon Age II then retry".
I've installed/downloaded the game via the EA download manager.

Same problem here.
Got the game through the EA download manager and now it won't let me install the DLC, telling me to install DA2 first...which I obviously already have.
Changing language/region settings doesn't seem to help in my case, either.
Running the game on Vista 32-bit...in case that matters.

I've got the Steam version of the game. I also encountered the same problem. However after I shut down Steam and rebooted the machine it let me install the DLCs.

i downloaded all three of the DLC and it worked but for some reason the exiled prince quest doesn't show up and the other two works just fine. anyone have any idea why it doesn't work or do you have to buy it in order for it to work
