i7 930 @ 4 GHz
6 GB Ram
GTX 560 Ti (multimonitor)

Most updated beta drivers (267.26). High res texture pack.
Switched to DX9, because in DX11 mode the game wouldn't run (hit the start screen, press any key, then it exits with  "Dragon Age II Stopped working" error)

These weird lines are in gameplay too. Started freezing a bit later, and on character customization screen completely died.

Tried again on DX11, and it ran this time, but almost every texture was black, and the framerate made it unplayable.
