If I remember correctly, I had a similar issue (which I now have in DA2) which was fixed by manually starting a download service that was required for DA2. Problem is, I've no damned clue if this is what's wrong or otherwise why these items aren't showing up to download. Would appreciate some more info on this...

How do you download it manually? And does it work?

On the Bioware Social Site (this site) go to Profile > Your Registered Game Content. Here you will find a list of all entitlements you currently have. If you click 'more info' on the far right of any object it will prompt you to download the .exe installer for it.

And yes, Signature Edition must be manually installed with certain versions of the game.

I've downloaded them manually. I'm having issues installing the downloaded patches and content. I preloaded my Dragon Age 2 from steam. Just activated it, now i can't install the high res patch or the 2 DLCs manually, says they cant' find the dragon age 2 install.

Thanks Luke, but I've tried to download the Signature Edition Rewards.exe for a couple of times, but each time I try to run the program after downloading it, I get a NSIS error, something about the installer integrity check has failed. Please help!

My theory is the manual patches don't know where to install the files, that's why it's not finding the dragon age 2 steam folders. To be fair I've also changed the location of my steam folder to a custom spot on the Hard drive. Any chance at adding install files, so we can manually toss them in? Sure it would help alot of the issues.  Just want to note, I went thru the process of reinstalling Dragon Age 2, from scratch via steam hoping it might fix it and it just being a pre load issue.  Didn't fix the issue.

Ok this is an odd one. I was some how able to install the files after originally having issues. it had trouble finding them originally saying it couldn't find the install files. I tried running the game launcher again, and running the patches, and it said the files were in use, then I closed the launcher, and the manual patches worked. I tried it before but no go. Kinda odd. See if that helps Destination

Got the same problem with the digital download edition. Some of the items are showing at the user entitlement page but not the prince and emporium. Any suggestions?

Brilliant. Now how about those that bought digital versions from ea store/steam and can't install manually because it fails to detect the game being installed when it already is? And yes, I've already launched the game and played it enough to get in kirkwall.
