As title says, game won't run in fullscreen mode, it reverts back to a semi-windowed state, with the border at the top of the screen, cutting off my command buttons.

Bump because having an inoperable retail game is unacceptable.

I have the same problem too. 1920x1080 in dx11 windows me. It does not in Dx9 just like the demo. I had faith they would have this fixed for launch since they said dx11 support was sketchy.
