Hey all,
I was wondering if anyone else is having the same problem as me. I bought DA:O, and Mass Effect 2 for 360, and Dragon Age: Ultimate edition for ps3 and had no problem accessing the blood dragon armor in any of those games. Now when I play Dragon Age 2 and check my unlockables it is available for me to use under my psn name (the name that is tied to my bioware/ea account with email address) but my fiancee is unable to access the dragon armor under her psn name (She also has a bioware/ea user id and has every other bit of content I have). We never had this problem before with any bioware/ea games. She was able to access all the Mass Effect 2 and Dragon Age Origins content even though it was purchased under my gamertag/psn name.
Does anyone have a resolution or know of whom I can contact to get the Blood Dragon armor that I have in my Dragon Age 2 game to appear for other users on my same ps3.

Can you get her to log in and post here or simply give me her account name and I will use my sneaky ninja powers to verify that her account has the prerequisite things attached to it. If it does then the simplest solution is to contact EA Help (help.dragonage.com) and get them to fix the issue for you.
