I have Pre order game from Ea store but still no promo item code on my email

also Black emporium online pass

none of this show up on my mail

Try contacting EA Customer Support. They have a Live Chat feature in their support site. I got my Dead Space 2 Ser Isaac Armor code immediately during the session.

I haven't got the codes yet, unfortunately...
I hope this will be resolved until the game unlocks in Western Europe.

Edit:
OK. A chat with support revealed that I'll get the codes once the game unlocks in my region (Germany).

I did spend an hour with them in chat. They could only give me 3 codes and no explanation for WHY the DLC codes were not sent.

I want ALL of the items I paid for with my pre-order, not just a few. I hate playing this game without The Black Emporium.

BIOWARE, why haven't I heard your voice in this matter (and I am not alone). I'm tired of dealing with E.A. It is your game so please find some resolution for me (us).
