Can anyone tell me what's in the .pdf? Is it a download code? Is it instructions on how to get the items? I really need some help on this.

Just to add, I'm glad I was able to register the game at all. When Origins came out, I wasn't able to register the game on this site using the PS3 browser for some reason and missed out on that awesome dagger because of it. I just tried again today so I could post in this sub-forum and it worked after I did it a very particular way (weird we didn't have to register to post in tech support before). It took 3 tries but I just happened to be persistent trying different things cuz the PS3 browser is so tempermental, but it went through. Registered Origins as well just for the hell of it. Too bad I can't still get that dagger though.

*Edit : What Bioware guy said is evidently not entirely true. My psn email is different from my EA account email. However, I followed all of the online instructions, went to Gamlet's house, found no sword or shield, saved, quit, rebooted the game, went back into the house, and then found the sword and shield in the chest. It may just take update time or a reboot.

Boots of the Frozen Wastes Dragon Age II PS3 More Info
Of Things Not Lost Dragon Age II PS3 More Info
The Far Cliffs of Kirkwall Dragon Age II PS3 More Info
Lothering's Lament Dragon Age II PS3 More Info
Staff of Parthalan Dragon Age II PS3 More Info
Fadeshear Dragon Age II PS3 More Info
The Lion of Orlais Dragon Age II PS3 More Info
However, the Staff Hindsight or Boots are not showing in the extras-unlockables area on the start up menu. I have the blood Dragon Armor and the Sir Issac Armor quest but not the Staff, Hindsight, or the boots. Yes my email is different but EA in their Limited Intelligence makes it a pain in ass to try and change it if you can at all. So my question is if half of the items showing up are in my game why aren't the rest? and why do you suck at making things easy for players who have waited patiently for this sequel just to rob them of their entitlements what are Republicans HAHA

had to try and boost their marketing by having people register for
their DLC. I preordered my DA2 game at Gamestop for my PS3. When I
picked it up and asked for the code, the salesperson had no idea what I
was talking about. Finally figured it out about registering the game.
Unfortunately for the guy in front of me, they never told him anything
like that.
On top of trying to register, god willing they
give decent directions on how to do it. It's like being stuck in a
maze, and my crap still isn't in the game!!!! Bioware could have at
least put up straightforward directions. Not surprising to see so many
post concerning people still not getting their DLC.
I already
gave them $60 for the game, and by doing the DLC through the
registration it's just Bioware's way of getting more marketing
information. I am very dissappointed to see a reputable company like
this shame itself and lower itself like this. I will not be
preordering any game for them anymore. The point of preordering the
game was to get the "cool" item no one else can get. The Companies
love it because they get to post and track sales before the game is
even released. Looks good to stock holders but sucks for the gamers!!!
my 2 cents

I am aware that Bioware guy wrote that you may not get the sword and shield if the email accounts that you used to register are not the same. This is the case with me. Does any one know of a work around though? Maybe a way to create a new EA account or something?

What if you have other users on your PS3 with their own profiles? The DLC is registered under my profile so now they have to log in with my name in order to play the game with the DLC? This is BS. In Origins the DLC was available to all users on my console.
