Just register your game on here with the number under the barcode on the back of your game. Go to Gamlens house and look in the chest, all your items will be there.

I registered my game it has the sword and shield in my unlockables but now he just won't open the chest!!! I stand in front of it and push X and he just keeps pulling out his bow! What am I doing wrong? This is so frustrating!!

Is the chest icon filled in or just an outline, icons need to be filled in to be interacted with, otherwise you just play with your "staff"

After reading through all of this im having the same issue :/ I have Ser Issacs armor and the 2 books. But the website is telling me i should have the lion of orlais, fadeshear, Hayders razor and the boots of frozen wastes. I also had a problem in Mass effect 2 in getting the blood dragon armor and thats not showing up in DA2. Could be a possible technical error?

 Worked like a charm.

For people registering the UPC for the first time, like I was 5 minutes ago, you have to put the 0 and the 1 before and after the big numbers.

 i'm having the same problem here. i just checked my unlocks list and its not listed among them and i too got mine from game stop being told there was no code for it with my signature edition.

hey guys i too am new here. I'm wondering if it is required to have the email address the same as your PSN account and the email used here at bioware social to avail those DLC in game item. is it possible to avail them even in different emails used.

nm i had registered my copy before posting in this thread and had yet to update my ps3 to get the items pushed through via the servers. it showed up just like the post said.

 I registered my game and on the unlockables section of the bioware site it has the fadeshear unlocked for xbox and pc but not PS3.

When I got mine from the store they said they only had pre-order codes for xbox 360 and PC versions of Dragon Age 2, I took one of those codes anyway but when I redeem it, it just gave me the sword and shield for 360 and PC in my registered game content... so how do I get it for PS3?

I tried that UPC registration and that just added something called "Boots of Frozen Wastes"...

This is absolutely ridiculous. My PSN and Bioware e-mails are different, because PSN doesn't recognize my main e-mail account because it's Gmail (way to stay ahead of the technological curve, Sony). So because those addresses are different, I won't be getting the pre-order content!? Absolute BS, just like the unparalleled vagueness of the instructions given in the DLC e-mail.

Same problem here, I have gmail on PSN and on Bioware accounts, but for some reason even though I registered, it won't let the items through to the chest. Bull****.

Note I had some issues as well but when I changed my EA login password to match my bioware and psn password (emails were already the same) a lot of it cleared up. Still having some issues but changing the password might help.

this is getting ridiculous :/ ive tried everything but the Unlockables im supposed to have im not getting it only gives me lotherings lament, Ser issacs armor, and the far cliffs of kirkwall. Im supposed to have unlocked and in the chest Haydors Razor, Boots of the frozen wastes, Blood dragon armor, the fadeshear sword and the lion of orlais. But the game isnt recognizing it, yet im logged into the same EA account as i was on during Dragon age:Origins and Dead Space 2

I've logged into PSN, as well as my bioware account both in-game and on my laptop, started a new game, and still the items are not in the chest in Gamlen's house. >.> And yes, I used the same account to get the items online that I log into while playing the game.

Are you all looking in the right chest? There's two chests in Gamlen's house, a storage chest and the special delivery chest where you get the unlockables.

However, the Staff Hindsight or Boots are not showing in the extras-unlockables area on the start up menu. I have the blood Dragon Armor and the Sir Issac Armor quest but not the Staff, Hindsight, or the boots. Yes my email is different but EA in their Limited Intelligence makes it a pain in ass to try and change it if you can at all. So my question is if half of the items showing up are in my game why aren't the rest? and why do you suck at making things easy for players who have waited patiently for this sequel just to rob them of their entitlements what are Republicans HAHA

Your problem is exactly as mine, i am waiting now for the solution that the live chat staff promised to me. Waiting.. and waiting.... hopefully i didnt finish the game bythen...

I was having the same problem till I activated my online pass. In the case is a 2 sided sheet with 2 codes - one for the soundtrack and the other for the online pass - you redeem the code in playstation store and then download the additional content. Then you'll be able to access the items in the special deliveries chest. Also, from what I understand you have to register your game on here to unlock the Fadeshear sword and Lion of Orlais Shield which I just did and will check to see if it unlocked them in game.

Hey Folks,
I am having the same stupid issues also. I have access to some of the aformentioned items but the stuff I am really looking for are not available: Lion Shield of Orlais particularily. I have registered my game and I use the same email address for bioware.social as I do for PSN. So strange and a bit annoying because I have some items, but not others. Dr. Weird, right? My Hawke has been using two-handed weapons but at some point I would like to replay the game as a Warrior and then use the Lion Shield but poop on Bioware for making this system such a cluster$#!*.
