So, everytime I try to log onto my EA account inside Dragon Age 2 I get the error for no disk. It goes through around 4 disk errors and then just lets me continue. But I can't log onto my EA account.
I haev the digital download version from EADM so I don't have a hard disk.
OS: Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit
PC Disk Check error? (EADM digital download)

I have the same issue, and I also had this with the demo. Does it even cause actual problems? In any way it is still irritating to get errors when you start the game.

Seems I can still get all my DLC. So other then start up problems it seems to work normally.

I get the same error with my Steam version when I try to log into EA from within the game..
"Drive not in use, Door May be Open A:"
It then goes through all my HD's the same way, "Drive not in use, Door May be Open \\HDD01", etc.
Looks like it's not connecting to EA servers. I disabled my antivirus, firewall and tried mapping all router ports 1 - 65200, no success.

Same here. Work-around or Hot-Fix when someone gets into the office?

I get the "Drive not in use, Door May be Open A:" message too and I'm using the direct2drive digital version. Windows 7 Ultimate 64Bit
I can still press continue and can play the game with all dlc.

Using DA2 downloaded using EADM has the same "Drive not in use, Door May be Open A:" error on my computer.
Win 7 Professional 64Bit
Clicking continue allows me to continue starting the game with no problems.
The demo did this on my computer as well. I think I changed it to run in compatibility mode and as an admin and that fixed the issue but I'm at work now and can't test that.

Im also getting the same error however when i click continue sometimes it just blatently crashes to desktop other times the screen goes black then i have to alt tab or do a ctrl alt del to get task manager up. Only way to get out of the black screen. Im also using windows 7 64-bit. Thing is this happened with the demo too. Whats ironic about this is that I dont even have a drive A. Perhaps it has something todo with securom.

Yeah, guys I'm having the same issue. I have the Amazon Digital Download version. Hi-Res Pack installed and DX11 enabled. It happens every time the game launches. I can click continue a few times and play as normal, though I need to disable and re-enable fullscreen each time.

Hey guys, if you have a second, try running the game with the DX9 renderer. It should fix the pop-up but you will be limited to DX9 graphics.
We are discussing the issue with one of the devs:

Yep, running DX9 fixed it, but that's unacceptable. I'll try disabling my floppy drive and see if it'll let me run DX11
