My favorites in this thread so far are Beowoof, Snoop Dog and DLC, lol! Mine was Champ in DAO, but since Hawke is reffered to as the Champion, this time I named him Hero.

Forget the name. I got the dog, but it just sits at the house. There is no whistle in my inventory--and no whistle that I can find in the Black Emporium. How are you supposed to use the dog?

Go to Character Record->Abilities. Summon Mabari has it's own little "tree" where you can drag and drop the icon into your quickbar.

I named my adorable little puppy Sparrow.

When I 1st started playing DA:O I named mine, max, because at the time I was not creative. On second replay due to file corruption, I named him Schnitzel

In DA2 I wanted to name him Chowder, but he looked more like a Biscuit to me XD

I named him Thane on my Mage's playthrough, as a nod to Bethany. On my Rogue, I named him Barker as a nod to Carver. I'm sentimental like that.
