 So I redeemed my preorder codes for The Black Emporium and for Fadeshear/Lion of Orlais. I recieved the two items, but when I go to downloadable content, nothing shows up signifying The Black Emporium and can't find anything on my account saying I have it (lets me click on it to buy it as if I don't already have it). I'm sure I'm doing something wrong, so please, let me know .

You need to manually download it. On the left select Profile > Your registered game content. Find the Black Emporium and click the more info button, this will allow you to save the .exe which you can run to install the emporium.

Don't really enjoy bringing this up in here but, I've done the same, only, it doesn't even show in my list of registered game content. The code has been redeemed to my account I'm playing with, trying to redeem the code again it says it's already been used (good thing as it tells me it worked).

No idea if it's cause I bought it over Steam, but it really wouldn't be fun to not get something i was promised ;D

I also redeemed the Black Emporium code, and it doesn't appear in my list of DLC to install. I'm quite annoyed by it. Can anyone help?

I have redeemed the code for The Black Emporium (I remember the text and picture from a successful redemption coming up), but it's not in my registered game content list. Yes, I redeemed it to the correct account...

I don't mean to sound rude, but I couldn't find mine for the life of me. If you go through your registered stuff, watch through the list like a HAWK. I missed mine several times before finally seeing it. Good luck guys.

This is exactly the same problem I've got, checked the  list of my registered game content several times but can't find the emporium or the prince DLC. I have registered the game and the entered the code. Help please?

This may seem like a stupid question, but where's this entitlement key you're talking about? My Signature Edition just arrived and contains no such thing, just the game activation code and an "online pass" which didn't seem to do anything useful. Kind of annoyed that I'm being asked to pay for stuff that was supposed to be included.

In my copy I've got the game registration code and the code to unlock the SE content, it's just that the DLC and soundtrack won't show on the list of registered game content.

How did you get hold of them?  There's nothing showing up in game or on my online profile...

I've got the same problem, i also have the signature adition. I've tried searching the internet and the nearly useless EA support website, but i was finally found this thread :/

I have some of the books, the boots and the 2 hand weapon from the demo, but nothing more. I really want to play the game with the prince DLC, black emporium and the warhound.

The only thing i can think of is activating the redeem code before i had completed the installation, but that shouldn't make any difference since my email was selected.

This was pecking my head too & I was getting annoyed 'that it's so difficult to activate some bl**dy content'

For the physical media package here's what I did:

1. calmed down, poured a glass of wine (hey I'm a mature gamer and the kids are in bed)
2. checked the media case and it said Signature Edition (ok I have the right one)
3. noticed a little blood splash on the back of the case: ONLINE PASS* activate your online pass to get Emporium bonus etc etc - aha!
4. looked inside at the promo slips of paper - and one of them had an online pass code previously dismissed as an advert and not even looked at..

5. I entered the code in the redeem section on my profile and got this

You have acquired the following items:

The Black Emporium
Signature Edition Rewards
Dragon Age II Soundtrack - Signature Edition
The Exiled Prince

-woot!

so like a few have said YOU NEED A SEPERATE CODE to unlock these items, other than the main game code (that looks to be just a generic enable standard game code)
and also the retailer bonus, sword/sheild/whatever will also need it's own code (mine came via email)

6. but wait, you're not finished,
you have to go to your registered game content, (now hopefully sporting your new content)
click the 'more info' (on each of the 3 new entries) and download the file for/from each one

you will soon have
DA2_Signature... 1.56Meg
DA2_Black... 13.4Meg
DA2_Exile..... 31.5Meg

now run those files and they will patch the game / add the content




hope that helped those getting wound up like me
so with all content, the hi res pack and a Beta ati/amd driver..
now I'll go start the actual game..

Seems to be the same code I entered, then; I guess they've given me a code that's either incorrect or invalid.  It would appear that there's an awful lot of people with the same problem (as opposed to one of the other assorted problems) but it's proving hard to get assistance.  I raised a support ticket somewhat over 12 hours ago but have had no reply.

Fortunately a chap on Live Chat helped out, giving me new codes for both DLCs and activating the other missing content for me. There was a bit of a queue, about 15 minutes' or so wait, but it seems to work a lot better than the usual support form.

For anyone who is installing a physical version of DA2, and is having issues with downloads, simply use the codes inside the game case that should be entered in the promo codes section of this site, then click "More Info" next to it. It will bring up an option saying download. Click it, and choose "Run". It should bring up an Install Setup program to put the DLC into the DA2 files. If you still don't have any luck, then sorry I couldn't be of any assistance

You will have to ask that in the correct forum for your version; this one is for PCs, not Play Stations.
