 So I redeemed my preorder codes for The Black Emporium and for Fadeshear/Lion of Orlais. I recieved the two items, but when I go to downloadable content, nothing shows up signifying The Black Emporium and can't find anything on my account saying I have it (lets me click on it to buy it as if I don't already have it). I'm sure I'm doing something wrong, so please, let me know .

You need to manually download it. On the left select Profile > Your registered game content. Find the Black Emporium and click the more info button, this will allow you to save the .exe which you can run to install the emporium.
