Am having an unusual bug and wondering if anyone else is having it. I can level my characters up, but cannot access the journal, map, inventory or menu screens. This all occurred after entering Lowtown for the first time. Since then, I cannot access any of these screens, either by the keyboard shortcut (like esc for menu screen) or by the mouse using the symbols in the bottom right corner (all of the icons are greyed out). I can quicksave a game via f5, but cannot exit the game other than alt-tab and then closing it. If a character can lvl up, I can click on the icon on his portrait to level him up, but escape does nothing. So I cannot change inventory or anything.
Any ideas?

Does this happen every time you level up or just that one instance?

Once it occurred, it was continuous after that. So each time I leveled up it was still present. I played from about 4 am till 6 am without once being able to access anything in the other menus. No map screen, no inventory, no journal, no codex, no tactics. Both the keyboard shortcut and mouse options were not working. At first I just thought it was that you could not access those menus/screens in lowtown, but the bug persisted when I went to other locations. I can quick save, but that is about all I can do.
