I just started playing Dragon Age II for the first time (i.e. No Demo) and noticed something strange in the video.
LINK
I apologize for not supplying a real in-game screenshot, but this is what I was able to use to show what the problem is. During game play, there is a fuzzy + shaped that is always seen in the game. It's most apparent during the in-game cut scenes, but also visible during actual game play. Again, it's not a red line, but an transparent fuzzy line that separates the screen into four boxes. Here are my specs.
Processor: 2 x 2.8 GHz Quad-Core Intel Xeon
Memory: 14 GB 800 MHz DDR2 FB-DIMM
Video Card: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 285
I will try to upload an actual screenshot as soon as I can.

You should note what your graphic settings are as well...

Having the same issues as well, though the line changes as I change the settings. Seems to be the least noticable at 2560x1440, but the game runs a bit slower at that res (even with Anti-Aliasing turned off), but still playable for me at least.
My specs:
CPU: 2.8 i7 Quad Core
GPU: ATI Radeon 4850 Mobility
RAM: 4 GB
Settings I try to run it at:
Resolution 1920x1080 (2560x1440 is where it becomes least noticable)
Full screen and vertical sync are on
Gamma set to 1
Graphics detail: High
Anti-aliasing: 2x at 1920x1080; off at 2560x1440

Bioware contacted me and sent me instructions on what how to send them more information, but I am unable to follow their instructions. Here is what they told me to do.
1. Choose ‘Configure’ from the Launcher
2. Under ‘File’, choose “Save a report of the system information”
3. Name your file, and make sure it saves as a .xml file
Unfortunately, I cannot find a 'Configure' option anywhere on the launcher or in the options settings in the game. Anyone know where I can find it on a Mac? Console command maybe?

OH! I've noticed that myself. I never tried the game without vsync enabled. I'm running 1680x1050, 4xAA, max settings.

I haven't seen a configure option anywhere, nor have I seen a list of console commands yet (a quick google search didn't turn up any for DA2). You might want to reply to Bioware (however they contacted you), and let them know the Mac version doesn't have a configure option.

I did literally 10 minutes after I read the message. I will keep you posted if there's anything that comes up.

I just saw that there is a log generated by DA2 at: ~/Documents/BioWare/Dragon Age 2/Logs
Might see if that has any of the information they were asking for.. it's not an XML file, but it might do the trick.

Fuzzy memory has me remembering this as a cider issue. I have it too, also using a 4850 in a 27 inch imac.
Doesn't matter what resolution I run at, shows up with any anti-aliasing setting.
