Well, I completed his quest, but now he's just a nonteractable NPC. Don't really think I missed anything per say. Perhaps some one else can shed some light one this as they get through their game?

It's kinda frustrating not having him as a companion right away. I'm just burning through quests right and left and STILL he just stands in the Chantry doing nothing.

WHY WON'T HE BE MY FRIEND?!

\\o/ Thank you, Chris. Was worried I might have chosen the wrong answer at some point.

My Sebastian problem is this; I've done all of his family quest in act 2, quest is in the completed log, but he's "locked" in my party still.  I can't get him out, I've talked to him and everyone else in the chantry to no avail.

After you help him and finish the quest, how do you get him outta the party ? I've completed the quests "Repentance" "Duty" 'The Exiled Prince" and "The Starkhaven Longbow"

Whew...  that's a relief.

I finished up his batch of quests pretty late last night and when he didn't join the party I was confused.  Then when found him doing his "Generic NPC" bit in the Chantry I thought for sure I'd accidentally selected some option that keeps him from joining the party.
