I got my "pre-order bonus code" email from amazon. It has instructions on how to redeem it, but how do I link my Bioware account to my xbox account?

Click on your avatar and go in the "Games" tab, I think.

You log in in-game with your EA-account (=Bioware account). Should be linked right there. Otherwise go to the EA page and login with your EA-account and manually add your gamertag, AFAIK.
