I have redownloaded 5 time the retail version on my labtop with win7 and DA2 wont work. But i loaded it on my desktop with XP and it runs perfectly fine. I download it on my flash drive for my desktop and it still wont work. Keep saying: There is a problem with the game setup. Please reinstall the game.

it works fine on win7 64bit for me. It might have to do with the video card on your laptop...

What are the computer specs of the laptop? It's probably an issue with hardware.

DirectX 11 might be the culprit. ATI has new beta drivers out that are required for DX11 use.
