Can somebody please help me out with the step b step of how to make the PSN account (I assume sign on the PSN w/ a different user then make a new account w/ an asian address?), redeeming my online pass code, downloading the signature edition dlc items + exiled prince + black emporium on my asian account then having all those be available for my us account?

It's rather simple, really.

1. Instead of logging into your existing profile on bootup, you choose to create a new one.

2. Log into your newly created PS3 profile

3. Select the PSN Store and you will be asked to create your online PSN account.

4. Fill in the details (from my personal experience, it's best to choose Hong Kong as a location. Since this allows for western characters)

5. Log in to the PSN Store Site and look for the "Redeem code" item.

6. Redeem the code and download the stuff.

7. Log back to your US account, access the game and look for the stuff inside your chest.
