Region 1 (US)
1. My Original PSN Account
2. The Exiled Prince DLC (PSN Bought)

Region 3 (SG)
1. Dragon Age 2 Standard Edition game
2. Black Emporium DLC (Included in the game)
3. My extra PSN Account


Installing Black Emporium DLC
1. I logged on to my SG PSN Account (Must be the same country where you bought the game)
2. Went to PSN Store and entered my redeem code
3. Download and installed Black Emporioum

Installing The Exiled Prince DLC
1.I logged on to my original US PSN Account
2. Bought, downloaded and installed the DLC
Worked like a charm even though DLC bought from US PSN Store and the game was bought in SG country.
