I could play the demo just fine on low settings. The game ran smoothly throughout both missions.
When I played the actual game, however, the introduction in Lothering ran pretty well, but was still a bit choppier than the demo. Even worse, in Hightown, there are areas of the map that just make the game chug - such as the meeting place between you and Isabella.
Swapping in an out of DX9 and 11 makes no difference.
Anyone else have this problem?
Demo performs better than actual game?

Pretty sure the demo was toned down, to require less in the way of hardware. What are your specs? Make sure Anti-Aliasing is off in both the game, and your video card's settings. Make sure your video drivers are up to date, as long as we're on that topic. Also, you might try rebooting, if you haven't done so recently, to refresh your memory.

Personally, the actual games runs much better for me than the demo did.

Hi Jaduggar,
Please ensure you're running the latest video drivers. For nVidia the beta drivers (267.26) should help with this. If you're running on ATI then hang tight as newer drivers will be available in the next day or so.

Yeah, I'm up to date with my nVidia driver.
My Specs:
Windows 7 32-bit
Intel Core 2 Duo CPU T8300 - 2.40 GHz
4096MB RAM
GeForce 8700M GT
Excuse me if I left something out.
