in the end of Dead Scientists sidequest Toombs always refer to your Shepard as Sole Survivor if you convince him to release the scientist even if he/she wasn't, does anyone knows how to fix this bug or at least how to listen to the lines where he does not see you as Sole Survivor?

I never noticed this, what does he say? Is it something general, or is he definitely referring to a sole survivor background? If there is unused speech someone here will have it, the games have been torn to shreds.
