Is there any way for me to get my hands on the Exiled Prince DLC?
I keep getting the error message "Can't process your request at the moment, etc." at checkout when I try to buy BW points with PayPal. I tried chatting with Customer Support and all they can assure me is that they are aware of the problem, and that's it. I've been reading the forums and apprarently this problem's been going on for months.
So can anybody give me some advice on this issue? I'd appreciate a reply from BioWare.

You are all in the wrong forum. Points aren't a GAME problem, but rather a SITE problem, for which there is a separate forum when you want to discuss it with fellow gamers. Remember, EA is the only official support for the site, the game, the store, the added content. There is nothing official here on the social forums, but oftentimes, other gamers have gotten answers they can share. The general Bioware category includes the Off-topic fourm, the store forum, the site forum, and a separate POINTS forum.
The biggest stumbling block is that this is not the time of year for gaming to keep the interest of many players. Other things are happening in the better weather, so using the forum archives is important now, as is looking for the information offered in pinned sticky threads on the tops of forums.
There just aren't many readers here after April, especially from Friday to Monday, so questions don't get answered. For instance, I don't trust EA, and won't get involved in the type of DLC / Expansions that they insist on Bioware being stuck with, so I can't help you, whatever forum you ask in.
