i try to redeem my Isaac Clarke armor from the site.. then i went to my xbox,it didnt d/l anytrhing..
      step i took:
            1. i put the redeem code of the site n got it
            2. then went to the the xbox and  start the game
            3. nuthin happen

I am having the same issue. I made it to the house and went to the storage box, it had everything else but the Isaac Clarke armor.

i used my Isaac Clarke download code a couple of weeks ago, and now its not even showing up in my list of promo items here on the site. everything else seems to be in order, though.

I redeemed my Isaac Clarke armor code, and it's not in the chest either..frustrating

I did got mine. Try retyping it, sometimes it doesn't always update properly.
